Animal Assisted Therapy
Healing doesn't always begin with words. For many people, sitting across from a therapist and immediately sharing painful experiences can feel overwhelming. Animal Assisted Therapy offers a different path—one where connection, safety, and emotional regulation are supported by the calming presence of animals.
In our sessions, my animals become part of the therapeutic process, helping create an environment where you can feel grounded while working through difficult emotions and life experiences. Animals have a unique ability to be present without judgment, offering comfort and helping clients reconnect with themselves in moments that might otherwise feel overwhelming. Whether we're walking alongside a horse, spending time in the pasture, or simply allowing an animal's quiet presence to be part of the session, the goal is to help you feel supported as you navigate your healing journey. You set the pace, and the animals help create space for reflection, regulation, and growth.

Biggie Smalls
Don't let his size fool you—Biggie is a giant goofball with a playful spirit. He has a way of reminding us that healing doesn't always have to be heavy. Sometimes the greatest lesson is learning to laugh, stay present, and not take life quite so seriously. Biggie encourages clients to embrace joy, curiosity, and the importance of living in the moment.

River
River is naturally reserved and can be a little anxious when faced with new situations. She teaches us that growth doesn't require becoming someone different—it comes through patience, compassion, and building trust one step at a time. River also has healthy boundaries and communicates them clearly, making her a wonderful teacher of self-awareness, respecting limits, and learning that boundaries create safety in relationships.

Luna
Luna is the calm, loving heart of the herd. Her gentle curiosity and steady presence invite people to slow down, breathe, and simply be. She has a special way of helping others feel accepted and reminds us that connection often begins with quiet presence rather than words.

Clyde
Clyde brings warmth, comfort, and unconditional acceptance to sessions. Whether he's offering a quiet companion by your side or bringing a little lightheartedness to the day, Clyde helps create an atmosphere where clients can feel safe, supported, and welcomed exactly as they are.
Together, they help create a therapeutic environment that feels welcoming, authentic, and safe.
