Mental Health Crisis

Reaching out for help is a sign of strength. If you're unsure which resource is right for you, start by calling 988. A trained crisis counselor can help determine the most appropriate next step and connect you with local services.

If you need immediate psychiatric evaluation but it is not a life-threatening medical emergency, you can go directly to:

Pediatric Mental Health Urgent Care

For children and adolescents experiencing an urgent mental health concern that does not require a medical emergency room:

Mobile Crisis

Mobile Crisis Teams provide in-person mental health assessments and crisis intervention in the community and can often come to your home or another safe location.
